This Engagement Letter sets out the terms of our engagement by you and the nature and limitations of the services we will provide as tax agents and accountants as follows: JobKeeper Economic Stimulus Package Incentive:
1. Collation of Employee Nomination Notices.
2. Enrolment for JobKeeper Payment
3. Preparation and lodgement of monthly Business Declarations

I understand that by accepting this proposal I am giving Lynden Group Melbourne authority to enrol my business for the JobKeeper Payment Scheme, including all associated and ongoing lodgements and applications to enable JobKeeper payments to be received. I understand that all information regarding turnover actuals and estimates must be true and correct and that any false statements or claims made in relation to JobKeeper eligibility may lead to fines, penalties, and potential criminal charges. I accept responsibility for all actual and estimate financial information submitted in relation to JobKeeper. I understand that JobKeeper payments are a reimbursement of incurred costs and that the business must first pay eligible employees a minimum of $1,500 (before tax) per fortnight to claim the payments. Further to this I understand that if the business ceases to make payments to the employees, it will cease to qualify for JobKeeper. I accept responsibility for all actual and estimate financial information submitted in relation to JobKeeper. I understand that all eligible employees must complete a JobKeeper payment employment nomination notice prior to the businesses enrolment in the JobKeeper Payment Scheme and that these forms must be kept for a period of 5 years.
Fees and Payment:
Our fee for this service is 550$ AUD (ex GST) which is payable before we commence the lodgement process. By signing this engagement letter you agree to the payment fee and terms.
